Important update for May FSMS Sale

In case of any disputes on discounts live on sale day, please ensure the following:
a. Raise a support ticket within first 8 hours of sale going live (12:00AM on 4th May, 2025).
b. Do not dispatch orders where you wish to dispute the discount, until the ticket is resolved.
c. Block inventory of products where you wish to dispute the discount so no new orders are received on same until ticket is resolved.
*T&C Apply: The sale may offer increased order conversion for your discounted catalogs. Your participation in the sale does not guarantee any increase in orders, revenues or profits for any supplier. Any discounted products which are dispatched before or after disputing the discount will be the sole responsibility of the seller. Meesho shall not be responsible for claims wrt dispatched orders or not communicating opt-outs within the window provided. For any complaints, please reach out to support team by creating a ticket.
